Given that our meringues are intended for consumption, we do not accept returns.
That being said, we are happy to provide replacements or refunds if you encountered any problems with your order. If you encounter any problems or are not satisfied with the product upon opening, please contact us within 15 days of your order and a member of our team will happily assist you with your request.
Contact us at the below mentioned email with your order ID and please provide a brief explanation on why you are not satisfied with your purchase, and whether you prefer a refund or replacement. Refunds are processed within 2 days of request and should reflect on your statement within 7 days.
Our replacement/refund policy also applies to damaged product. If the product arrives damaged please do mention it on your request and a picture would also be very appreciated.
