As part of our Customer Service commitment, we stand behind our products and we want you to be as happy with them, as the vast majority of our customers have been for so many years. Our products are made on a daily basis and therefore are extremely fresh. If for any reason you’re unsatisfied we encourage you to contact us at hello@jadafoods.com

We’re very sorry, but food products cannot be returned. All items from our online store are sold on a non-return & non-refund basis unless defective. Please check that all items received are what you have ordered. If you have received an incorrect item, do not open it. We will not accept any returns or provide refunds for items that have been opened, tampered with or not in their original condition.

Refunds will be issued only for defective products. It will be up to our Customer Service Department to determine if a product is defective.

Due to the wide range of personal taste preferences and food likes/dislikes, we do not offer refunds for products that are “not quite to your liking.”

No refund will be given or correspondence entered into for:

  • Products that have been opened or tampered with or are not in their original condition.
